30-Day Returns for Rugs
Rugs purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date they are delivered.
With the presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may ship your return to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. To return online purchases through our secure shipping service, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions.
All returns or exchanges must be in new, unused condition, without stains, tears, or other damage, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that custom or made-to-order rugs are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Due to the size and weight of rugs, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
